However I never felt that the agents cared about my needs and desires as a consumer. Nishat went above and beyond for me. She LISTENED. She cared about what was important to me. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable about true policies we discussed. She allowed me to speak and when I did she truly listened. She was the difference in me receiving the policy I need.
